Office Hours are by appointment only, but emergencies are seen promptly.  We offer extended office hours for your convenience.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice may result in a $50.00 charge. 

This courtesy allows us to plan our time efficiently to better serve you, our patients.
